At ProForm Cut & Shave, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Barber Shop. Cancellation and Booking Policy
We require a 24 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge. Anything less than a 24 hour notice is a full charge. A no-show will be fully charged.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late is considered a no-show. No we cant just “Squeeze ya in”. Please be considerate of not only our time but other clients’ time too. We get it, stuff happens. Let us know if you are going to be late.
All booking and appointment management is done online or through the App, We do not book or reschedule over the phone.
Kid's Cuts
We get that kids grow hair, and you want them to look their best. We start taking kids at age 12.
For their safety and ours, if your child squirms excessively (we all squirm) or screams, We may stop the haircut and you will be charged. We are not in the business of traumatizing children.
